Purchased Sabine Royalty Trust

Made a purchase yesterday on 12/7 of Sabine Royalty Trust (SBR) for 40 shares at $49.33/share.

SBR is a royalty trust that receives distribution of royalty and mineral interests from Sabine Corporation. These royalty and mineral interests primarily include landowner's royalties, overriding royalty interests, minerals, production payments, and other similar, nonparticipatory interest, in certain producing and proved undeveloped oil and gas properties located in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

I have traded this stock before with very good results. And the MONTHLY dividend isn't bad either, currently at a little over 9%.
